We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and process a refund for the unfulfillable product.

Some packages will ship from multiple locations, all tracking numbers will be sent directly to your email once these items ship. if you have received your tracking number but it doesn't show any updates in more than a week and a half, please contact us and let us know about the issue.
